Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) Rating: The Government requires non-professional administrative services IAW with attached PWS. The Government intends to award a contract to a qualified vendor deemed responsive in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, whose proposal conforms to all of the RFP’s requirements and is judged to represent the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable to the Government in accordance with the evaluation scheme set forth in this RFP. This office will consider any late proposals or any late revisions of proposals as non-responsive.
