A revised PWS is uploaded removing the travel references. *************************** COMBINED SYNOPSIS-SOLICITATION – GENERAL RFP SB Set-Aside Document Type: Pre-solicitation Notice Set Aside: 100% Small Business NAICS Code: 621399 Office of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners The USPFO for Virgin Islands intends to issue an Request for Proposal to award a single firm fixed- price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Professional Medical Services to be performed at Joint Forces Compound in Estate Bethlehem, St. Croix, USVI.. Services are (1) Dental Services, (1) Nurse Practitioner, (1) Psychological Health Coordinator, (1) Social Worker. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The contract duration is 365 days after NTP. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 621399, with a size standard of $8 million. Your attention is directed to FAR Clause 52.219-14 (b) (4) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which states “By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror /Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees”.
