1. General: The Virgin Islands Army National Guard technician employees that hold the job title/series outlined in Parts 1604.10, 1910.30, 1910.95(g), 1910.120(f), 1910.134, 1910.1000, 1910.1001(l), 1910.1003(g), 1910.1012, 1910.1018(n), 1910.1025(j), 1910.1026(k), 1910.1027(l), 1910.1028(i), 1910.1030(f)(1), 1910.1045(n), 1910.1047(i), 1910.1048(l), 1910.1050(m), 1910.1051(k), 1910.1052, 1915.1001(m), 1926.62(j), 1926.1101(m), and 1926.1127(l) of title 29, Code of Federal Regulations are required to have a physical examination completed annually, prior to employment, or upon termination. 2. Purpose: This Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to acquire medical surveillance services to support the mission of the Deputy State Surgeon’s Office to promote the medical readiness of technicians for the VIARNG. 3. Scope: The V.I. Army National Guard’s Health Technician identifies technician employees requiring Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) physicals based on their occupational series position. OSHA laboratory testing is performed based on previously identified tests. 4. Place and Time of Performance: Services will be provided by appointment during the regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m on the island of St. Croix. 5. Tests: EKA, Audio, Vision, Chest X-Ray, CBC, Urinalysis, Cadium, Arsenic Blood, Mercury, Lead/UA, Pulmonary Function, FIT test.
