COMBINED SYNOPSIS-SOLICITATION – GENERAL RFQ SB 100% Set-Aside Document Type: Pre-solicitation Notice Set Aside: 100% Small Business NAICS Code: 561621 -- Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) The USPFO for Virgin Islands intends to issue a Request for Quote to award a single firm fixed- price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for Alarm Monitoring Services in the geographical area of the Virgin Islands, USA. The period of performance shall be (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) twelve 12-month option years. Solicitation also includes a six (6) months option per authority FAR Part 52.217-8 -- Option to Extend Services. This action is set aside 100% for Small Business and the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a business size standard of $22 million. Your attention is directed to FAR Clause 52.219-14 (b) (4) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which states “By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror /Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees”.
