The Virgin Islands National Guard intends to issue a support service contract for wireless internet to the USPFO building to Chrismos Properties for $4,680.00 as sole source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency's requirements.
