This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, Dated 06 Nov 2017 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20160326. This is a set aside for woman owned small business. The Government intends to award a contract to a qualified vendor deemed responsive in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, whose quote conforms to all of the RFQ's requirements and is judged to represent the Best Value to the Government in accordance with the evaluation scheme set forth in this RFQ.
