THIS SOLICITATION IS RE ADVERTISED WITH A REVISED PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9127P-19-Q-008A and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The contract type for this procurement will be firm-fixed price and award evaluation criteria will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). An LPTA quote is one that meets all the technical aspects while being the lowest price quote, IAW FAR 15.101-2. For quotes to be technically acceptable they must demonstrate they can fulfill all the requirements stated in the Performance Work Statement. See Clause 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors and Cluase 52.212-2 Evalutation Criteria - with one highlighted change This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.
