W9127N25BA004 for Garibaldi and Depoe Bay Pipeline 2025. The dredging project includes mandatory work at two locations: Tillamook and Lincoln Country, Oregon. The work will take place during the environmental in-water work window for each site. Approximately 56,000 cubic yards of material will be removed from the Depoe Bay Catch Basin and approximately 20,000 cubic yards of material will be removed from the Garibaldi Catch Basin. Placement of material will be within designated upland or surf-zone placement sites as indicated on the contract drawings. Work may commence at Garibaldi anytime after 15 July 2025 and complete all work on or before 15 March 2026. Work may commence at Depoe Bay on 1 July 2025 and complete all work by 15 March 2026. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 18 April 2025 with bids due 30 days after advertisement. This procurement is anticipated to be solicited as a Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990. The small business size standard is $37 million. The magnitude of construction is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
