FEMA Temporary Housing Mission Rogue Valley Mobile Village Group Housing Site Contract W9127N21C0030 was awarded on 3 June 2021 in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) under the Presidential Declaration of Emergency dated 10 September 2020 for the wildfires in Oregon. An after-the-fact justification and approval for unusual and compelling urgency was approved on 15 June 2021 and is attached as required by FAR 6.305(b). This Justification is for the site preparation of mobile home units (MHUs) in Medford, Jackson County, Oregon. The period of performance for the contract is 28 calendar days in total, which required performance to begin immediately to meet this schedule. The abstract from the limited competition invitation for bid (W9127N21B0016) is also attached in accordance with FAR 14.403(b).
