A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM at The Dalles Dam (Washington side), Lyle, WA; attendees must register by 11:00 AM Thursday, October 29, 2026, and must be U.S. citizens with REAL ID and required PPE. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. CMMC Level 1 (Self) or higher is anticipated and must be in place prior to award and maintained for the contract. The government may cancel the solicitation and will not reimburse costs associated with responding.
