USACE Portland District is conducting a Sources Sought market survey—not an RFP—to identify interested and capable parties for Yaquina River Clamshell Dredging 2027. The work involves clamshell dredging throughout the Yaquina River downstream of Toledo, OR, with an approximate total scope of 850,000 cubic yards depending on project needs and funding availability. The in-water work window is July 1, 2027 through October 31, 2027. Interested vendors should provide point-of-contact information, CAGE/UEI and SAM registration details, small-business status if applicable, and a Statement of Capability with relevant dredging experience. Responses will be used to inform future acquisition decisions for dredge maintenance requirements.
