The US Army Corps of Engineers – Portland District is seeking industry input for a non-personal service requirement to test the condition of the Isolated Phase Bus and Duct System at The Dalles Dam in The Dalles, Oregon. The contractor must provide all expertise, labor, and equipment to perform both online condition assessment testing while carrying near-rated current and detailed offline testing during scheduled outages. The work includes abating and disposing of approximately 100 pounds of asbestos-containing gasket material at approved facilities. A CMMC Level 2 (self) certification is required for the protection of Controlled Unclassified Information. Responses to this Sources Sought are due by 2:00 pm PDT on 19-May-2026.
