White City Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (SORCC) Seismic Upgrades
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, requires a contractor to design and build two new buildings (B300 and B301), three connecting corridors, and a new surface parking lot at the VA SORCC in White City, OR. The project includes demolition of two existing buildings and four corridors, site work for roads and utilities, and renovation of a portion of existing building B201A. The target ceiling price for the total contract award is $260 million, with a period of performance of 47 months. This is an unrestricted, competitive, two-phase design-build procurement resulting in a firm-fixed-price contract. Offerors must submit proposals electronically through the PIEE Solicitation Module and be registered in SAM.
