White City Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics Seismic Upgrades
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District intends to solicit firm-fixed-price proposals for the design and construction of seismic upgrades at the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics in White City, Oregon. The project scope includes constructing two new buildings and connecting corridors, a new parking lot, and related site work and demolition. The total contract award has a target ceiling price of $260 million, and the period of performance is 47 months. The acquisition will use a two-phase design-build, best-value trade-off process, with a projected stipend of $400,000 for Phase 2. Offerors must be registered in SAM and meet anticipated Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 requirements.
