White City Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (SORCC) Seismic Upgrades
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires a contractor to design and build two new buildings, three connecting corridors, and a new parking lot at the VA SORCC in White City, OR, which also includes significant site work and demolition. The total target ceiling price for the design-build contract is $260 million. The period of performance for this firm-fixed-price contract is 47 months. This is an unrestricted, competitively negotiated procurement using a two-phase selection process. Offerors must submit proposals electronically through the PIEE system and be registered in SAM.
