White City Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics Seismic Upgrades
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District intends to solicit a firm-fixed-price contract for the design and construction of seismic upgrades at the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics in White City, OR. The project scope includes constructing two new buildings and supporting infrastructure, with an estimated cost between $250,000,000 and $500,000,000. The period of performance is 47 months, and the acquisition will use a two-phase design-build, best-value trade-off process.
