The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District intends to competitively award a firm-fixed-price contract for the supply and installation of three online Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) monitoring units, one on each of the three generator step-up transformers at Lookout Point Dam in Lane County, Oregon. Work includes incidental installation, associated materials, functional testing, system verification, and training. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 334513 with a 750-employee size standard. A solicitation is expected to be issued via SAM.gov in approximately one day, and offerors must be registered in SAM at the time of quote submission.
