Water Management Programming
This is a firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for Water Management Program Enhancement Services supporting the USACE Portland District, with a base 5-year period of performance. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials for computer and programming services, including software analysis, database and web development, hardware and system development, user interface development, and systems integration. Work is expected to involve publicly releasable Water Management datasets, with the government controlling access to any system architecture information. Since contractor-managed systems will not process, store, or transmit CUI or FCI, no CMMC requirement applies at the contract level. Performance is in support of the Portland District, and higher CMMC requirements would only apply to future task orders if handling such information becomes necessary.
