The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires the purchase and delivery of 120 concrete ecology blocks (approx. 30” x 30” x 60”, 4,320 lbs each) for foundational support and erosion control at the Detroit Dam project. Blocks must be stackable with an embedded lifting point. Delivery location is a turnout off the Detroit Dam access road at 40990 Highway 22, Mill City, OR 97360. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Thursday, 0700–1600 hours, excluding federal holidays. The contractor must include all freight and delivery costs in the total proposed price.
