Blanket Purchase Agreement - Sample Testing
The Government seeks to establish a single Blanket Purchase Agreement for testing metal coupons to support quality assurance of associated components. The Contractor’s laboratory will receive coupons shipped directly from various locations—including internationally—and must perform mechanical and chemical tests, then submit reports. The lab must maintain ISO/IEC 17025 certification and remain validated by the USACE Materials Testing Center throughout the agreement. Testing may include chemical analysis, carbon combustion, tensile, hardness, and Charpy V-notch impact tests on specified ASTM materials. Optional storage of tested and untested coupons may be included, with excess coupon disposal at no additional cost to the Government.
