Willamette Valley Project (WVP) Rough Mow Services
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, is soliciting for rough mowing and fire precaution mowing services within the Willamette Valley Project in western Oregon. The contract covers approximately 177.7 acres across 30 rough mowing units and 28 fire mowing lines, with additional optional units covering up to 251.8 acres. Performance of services is in western Oregon, with mowing to be completed between July 1, 2026, and November 15, 2026, weather permitting. This is a 100% small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price contract for a base year plus four option years, with the base year period from award through December 31, 2026. Prices quoted must be valid for 30 days from the solicitation due date, and the government intends to award by early July 2026.
