Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District intends to directly solicit small businesses for a firm-fixed-price contract to conduct a Fall Hazard Survey at Lookout Point Dam in Lowell, Oregon. This is a 100% small business set-aside for consulting services. If no affirmative written capability statements are received by the specified time, the solicitation will proceed directly to suppliers. The government will not post a formal solicitation and is not obligated to consider competitive proposals.
