The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, intends to award a firm fixed price with incentives job order for the overhaul, maintenance, and repair of the Dredge Essayons, with all work performed at the contractor's facility. The period of performance is expected to start in August 2026 and last through February 2027, including a 60-day drydock period from December 2026 through February 2027. The area of consideration for award is limited to contractors in Alaska, California, Oregon, and Washington. Prospective contractors must hold or be capable of entering into a Master Ship and Repair Agreement (MSRA) with USACE, Portland District, and a mandatory pre-bid site visit will be required. A location differential will be added to bids for locations more than 300 nautical miles from the vessel's home base in Portland, Oregon.
