Essayons Overhaul FY27
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, intends to award a firm fixed price job order under a Master Ship and Repair Agreement (MSRA) for the overhaul, maintenance, and repair of the Dredge ESSAYONS. All overhaul work must be performed at the contractor's facility, with the government delivering the vessel to that location. Prospective contractors must have or be capable of entering into an active MSRA with the Portland District prior to award. Mandatory site visits are scheduled for July 21 and August 4 in Astoria, Oregon, and July 28 in Westport, Oregon. No budget amount is specified.
