Coos Bay Fuel Upgrades
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of removing and replacing oil piping and a used oil tank in Coos Bay, Oregon. The work involves replacing approximately 275 feet of bilge oil piping and 300 feet of used oil piping, along with a 550-gallon used oil tank, including all associated connections, valves, and supports. The new tank will be elevated one foot on the existing concrete pad, and certified post-installation testing is required. Performance is scheduled from approximately October 1, 2026, through March 2027. No budget amount is specified.
