The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, is seeking vendors capable of removing and replacing oil piping and a used oil tank in Coos Bay, Oregon. The work includes replacing approximately 275 feet of bilge oil piping and 300 feet of used oil piping, along with a 550-gallon used oil tank elevated one foot on an existing concrete pad, plus certified post-installation testing. Performance is scheduled from approximately October 1, 2026, through March 2027. This is a market survey to identify interested parties and assess capabilities, not a solicitation for proposals. Interested vendors must submit a point of contact, CAGE/UEI numbers, small business status if applicable, and a statement of capability.
