The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Portland District is seeking vendors capable of removing and replacing utilities on and around a pier in Coos Bay, OR, including water piping, electrical systems, wooden railing, and dock access equipment. Work involves ground disturbance, pier-top and pier-side tasks, boat access beneath the pier, and certified testing of new systems. Performance is scheduled from approximately 01 October 2026 to 31 March 2027. This is a Sources Sought notice for market research only, not a solicitation or commitment to award. Responses will inform acquisition decisions for future pier utility upgrade requirements.
