This project involves repairs to pile dikes between River Mile 68 and 72 on the Lower Columbia River in Cowlitz County, Washington. The work includes enrockment repairs at ten pile dikes and constructing offset pile dikes with shore connections at five of those locations, which also involves debris removal and disposal.
