** Please see amended solicitation and PWS** as of 28 March 2025. ***An amendment to this soliciation is forthcoming and an extention on the due date will also occur.*** as of 27 March 2025 *****UPDATE****** There will be a 1 hour meeting at 2 pm PDT on Tuesday March 25 at the Rogue River Basin Project Office (100 Cole M Rivers Drive, Trail OR 97541). This meeting will review the PWS and maps, answer questions etc. If anyone wishes to visit any of the sites covered in the PWS they are free to do that on their own time as the sites are accessible to the public; the few exceptions (such as the Elk Creek area) where vehicle access would need to be coordinated could be covered during that meeting and access instructions provided at that time. Contractors are strongly encouraged to visit the service areas in advance of the meeting as this would allow any questions that come up during their reconnaissance to be answered during the meeting. Of note- Elk Creek is accessible to the public at all times (just closed to vehicle traffic in certain areas) and all the Dam Safety work for both LOS and APP can be seen from public areas, so the KTRs are not ‘prevented’ from visually surveying any area covered under this contract whether before or after the meeting. POC: Jesse Brownlee 541-878-1081 This is a contract to manage and maintain lawns, unimproved grounds, specific paved areas and trails, and landscaping (hereafter “grounds maintenance”) at the Rogue River Basin Project. Performance shall be according to the standards herein. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations during the service performed. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform grounds maintenance as defined within the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
