US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District requires the replacement of the Honda VTec 225 hp outboard with a 300hp outboard engine to include all ancillary parts needed for full functionality. The vessel is currently located in Astoria, Oregon, Government to provide delivery within 50-mile radius, outside of that radius contractor to provide transportation. The vessel has the following characteristics Length Overall 23’ Beam Overall 8’ 6” Draft, Full Load 2’9” Displacement 4,400 lbs Propulsion Honda VTec 225 hp Outboard, Honda 40 hp Outboard Cruise Speed 21 knots Fuel Capacity 80 gallons Aluminum 5086 Submission Instructions.
