Modification to soliciatation: Question and Answers sheet has been added Pictures has been added The US Corps of Engineer us requesting a Commercial Service Contract Scaffold rental for a duration of 2 weeks in each unit draft tube, for a total of 4 weeks of rental. Service to include contractor provided Confined Space Rescue support for the erect and dismantle portion of the work. Period of Performance: Tentatively scheduled for October of 2025, with specific dates TBD once contract is awarded. USACE will confirm dates with contractor at least 30 days prior to start of work. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 53490– Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. This acquisition is intended to be 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The size standard is $40,000,000.00. Evaluation criteria will be stated in the solicitation. This acquisition will result in a single firm-fixed-price commercial service contract. Proposal Period: The solicitation release date is 23 May 2025 and offers are due 05 June 2025.
