The US Army Corps of Engineers – Portland District has a requirement to solicit services to manage and remove debris and vegetation at the Fall Creek Dam in Fall Creek, OR as identified in this Performance of Work Statement (PWS). This is a non-personal services requirement. Perform these services in accordance with the terms of the contract as defined in the Performance Work Statement and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. Project is located at the Fall Creek Dam at Fall Creek, OR 97438. This requirement is being set aside 100% for small business. **PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A MANDATORY SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT.
