This amended announcement constitutes the only solicitation and supersedes all previous solicitations; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N25Q0030 for services to provide labor, material, and equipment to perform dredge vessel annual SLOPS removal is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03. This solicitation is advertised as Full and Open under NAICS Code 562998 All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Any prospective vendor must be certified by the USCG for over the water transfer of bilge SLOPS. See combined solicitation/synopsis (CombinedSynopsis_25Q0030) attached for terms and conditions. Supplies/Services will be inspected/accepted: All supplies will be inspected/accepted at Destination by Government. Period of Performance Information: The anticipated Period of Performance is 15 April 2025 through 7 December 2025. Shipping FOB destination must be included in the offered price.
