This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N25Q0028, USACE requires safe berthage for the Dredge ESSAYONS and Dredge YAQUINA in Coos Bay, OR for the 2025 dredging operational season. Anticipated dates of service are contained in Attachment 1 PWS and Attachment 2 Price Sheet. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 effective January 17, 2025. This solicitation is advertised as full and open competition under NAICS Code 488310 Port and Harbor Operations, with a small business size standard of $47M. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
