Solicitation W9127N25Q0002 is for non-personal services to perform external surveillance and recertification audits of the single quality management system to ensure the US Army Corps of Engineers – Portland District (CENWP) Engineering and Construction Division’s (ENC) ISO 9001:2015 certification is valid and maintained, per IAF Standard Industrial Code, QMS Accreditation Scopes 28 and 34, and provide ISO 9001:2015 certification/registration of conformity by issuing a new certificate.
