This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N24Q0104 for the purchase of calibration services for a total of 5 EA. RL10A-MN-010 Tensiometers for the Bonneville Lock and Dam, Cascade Locks, OR, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for all specifications and delivery information. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This solicitation is advertised as unrestricted under NAICS Code 811210 - Electronic and precision equipment repair and maintenance (SB Size Standard $34M in annual receipts). All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
