This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is advertised as 100% set aside for Woman Owned Small Business under NAICS Code 562910 – Remediation Services. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
