This Amendment changes the response date from 27 May 2024 to 28 May 2024 The requirement is for a certified laboratory to conduct analytical services to demonstrate compliance with National Pollution Discharge Elimination System(NPDES) permit limits for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), PortlandDistrict (CENWP) Bonneville, The Dalles, and John Day hydroelectric facilities. The laboratory shall be accredited in accordance with the NationalEnvironmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP); however, in lieu ofNELAP accreditation the Laboratory may have a current laboratory accreditationincluding either the State of Oregon Environmental Laboratory AccreditationProgram or the Washington State Department of Ecology EnvironmentalLaboratory Accreditation Program for the analytes required in the task(s).
