This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N24Q0075 for the purchase of Falcon-based Avian Abatement services located at The Dalles Lock and Dam, The Dalles, OR, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for all specifications and periods of performance. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. This solicitation is advertised as unrestricted under NAICS Code 561710 - Exterminating and Pest Control Services (SB Size Standard $17.5M in annual receipts). All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
