This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N24Q0069- provide all management, supervision, labor, subcontracting services, facilities, utilities, equipment, tools, lubricants, fuels, materials and articles (excluding Government furnished property) necessary to fully execute the overhaul and repair of the Survey Vessel (SV) REDLINGER (in accordance with the attached performance work statement). An award decision will be based on price alone with award going to the responsible contractor that submits the lowest price. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03 Effective February 23, 2024. This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 336611, Ship Building and Repairing with a size standard of 1,300 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
