This amended announcement constitutes the only solicitation and supersedes all previous solicitations; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N24Q0066 for services to provide labor, material, and equipment to perform dredge vessel annual SLOPS removal is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. This solicitation is advertised as Full and Open under NAICS Code 562998 All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The Government requests pricing for the following schedule of items, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). *Prices shall include any applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges.
