COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W9127N24Q0024 Gate Attendant Services – Plymouth/Paradise Park John Day Willow Creek Project U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 18 January 2024 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N24Q0024 for the purchase of Gate Attendant Services for one (1) gate “GATE A” located at Plymouth/Paradise Park, administered through The John Day Project, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for all specifications and periods of performance. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02. This solicitation is advertised as unrestricted under NAICS Code 721211 - RV (Recreational Vehicle) Parks and Campgrounds (SB Size Standard $10M in annual receipts). All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
