THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR THE W9127N24B0013 for the Oregon/Washington Coast Clamshell Maintenance Dredging 2024. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, has a requirement to perform clamshell dredging at seven locations, two in Oregon (Port Orford and Charleston) and five in Washington (Baker Bay, Chinook, Longview Turning Basin, Old Mouth Cowlitz, and the Columbia River at Vancouver). Please see the attached solicitation for details on the specifications of the requirement. The scope of this project consists of the Contractor furnishing all supervision, engineering, labor, materials, and equipment to perform the following work in strict accordance with the detailed requirements of this contract. W9127N24B0006 is being readvertised under this solicitation as Full and Open competition with minor revisions to the Statement of Work. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 Bid Period: The solicitation was released 24 June 2024. The Bid Opening is on 24 July 2024 at 11:00AM Pacific Time. Pre-Solicitation Synopsis W9127N24B0013 OR/WA Clamshell Maintenance Dredging 2024 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) NO. W9127N24B0013 for OR/WA Clamshell Maintenance Dredging 2024. The dredging project includes mandatory and optional work at seven locations, two in Oregon (Port Orford and Charleston) and five in Washington (Baker Bay, Chinook, Longview Turning Basin, Old Mouth Cowlitz, and the Columbia River at Vancouver). Clamshell dredging is required by this contract. Material placement will within designated ocean disposal and in-river sites. The total approximate scope is 316,000 cubic yards depending on project needs and funding availability. The overall period of performance will be from July 2024 through January 2025 for physical completion of all work to include all options. The forthcoming solicitation is subject to the availability of funds. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 24 June 2024 with bids due 30 days after advertisement. This procurement is anticipated to be solicited as a Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990. The small business size standard is $37 million. The magnitude of construction is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. This is not a solicitation.
