COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W9127N23Q0114 Schneider Electric Model 6 LVMCC-Model 6 John Day Willow Creek Project U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 25 August 2023 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N23Q0114 for the purchase of 2 EA. for Schneider Electric Model 6 LVMCC-Model 6 motor control centers for delivery to The John Day Lock and Dam, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please see the attached Statement of Work for a full list of specifications and quantities. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. This solicitation is advertised as unrestricted under NAICS Code 335314 - Relay and Industrial Control Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
