The laboratory shall be accredited in accordance with the NationalEnvironmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP); however, in lieu ofNELAP accreditation the Laboratory may have a current laboratory accreditationincluding either the State of Oregon Environmental Laboratory AccreditationProgram or the Washington State Department of Ecology EnvironmentalLaboratory Accreditation Program for the analytes required in the task(s).
