This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N23Q0058 for the purchase of non-personal services for one (1) gate attendant position requiring two (2) individuals working as a team at the Lepage Park near the mouth of the John Day River approximately 5 miles east of Rufus, Oregon, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for a full list of specifications, requirements and services required. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 721211 - RV (Recreational Vehicle) Parks and Campgrounds, with a size standard of $10.0M in annual receipts. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. QTY: 86 Days CLIN 1001: Gate Attendant LEPAGE "B" Option Year 1 - 2024 LePage Park “A” work period ranging from 15 April 2024 through 15 October 2024, including one (1) training day TBD; minimum of 86 days to a maximum of 94 days based on official park opening and closing dates/schedule. QTY: 86 Days CLIN 2001: Gate Attendant LEPAGE "B" Option Year 2 - 2025 LePage Park “A” work period ranging from 15 April 2025 through 15 October 2025, including one (1) training day TBD; minimum of 86 days to a maximum of 94 days based on official park opening and closing dates/schedule. QTY: 86 Days Location Information: Lepage Park is in north central Oregon near the mouth of the John Day River and is accessed from exit 114 off Interstate 84. It is about 5 miles east of Rufus Oregon (population 250) and about 30 miles east of The Dalles, Oregon (population 13,620).
