This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N23Q0027 for procurement 1,500 gallons Mobil Delvac 1300 Super 15w40 Lube Oil for delivery to the Dredge Essayons at Terminal 2, Port of Portland, Portland, OR 97210 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a Brand Name solicitation, and the product must be Mobil Delvac 1300 Super 15w40 Lube Oil. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 effective 14 February 2023. This solicitation is advertised as small business set-aside under NAICS Code 324191, Petroleum Lubricating Oil and Grease Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
