REQUEST FOR QUOTE W9127N23Q0027 Dredge Essayons 1,500 Lube Oil U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 6 March 2023 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N23Q0027 for procurement 1,500 gallons Mobil Delvac 1300 Super 15w40 Lube Oil for delivery to the Dredge Essayons at Terminal 2, Port of Portland, Portland, OR 97210 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a Brand Name solicitation, and the product must be Mobil Delvac 1300 Super 15w40 Lube Oil. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 effective 14 February 2023. This solicitation is advertised as small business set-aside under NAICS Code 324191, Petroleum Lubricating Oil and Grease Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The government requests quotes for the following 1,500 gallons Mobil Delvac 1300 Super 15w40 Lube Oil. *Prices shall include any applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges. Shipping FOB destination must be included in the offered price: The anticipated delivery: The vessel is anticipated to be at one of the following terminals on Tuesday 13 Mar 2023 to Terminal 2, Port of Portland. Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to deliver via pump truck 1,500 gallons of Mobil Delvac 1300 Super 15w40 lube oil. Provide Coast Guard Certification for overwater delivery before any purchase order will be issued. Complete the delivery to the satisfaction of the vessel’s Chief Engineer. Provide sample of oil delivered. Provide certificate of analysis for product delivered.
