COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W9127N23Q0024-0001 Station Service Bay Lift Door – The Dalles Lock and Dam U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 24 February 2023 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N23Q0024 for the purchase of one (1) each Station Service Bay Lift Door with requisite wiring, diagrams, warranty and other accoutrements to be delivered to The Dalles Lock and Dam, USACE Portland District, The Dalles, Oregon, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please see the attached Purchase Description and attachments for a full list of specifications, quantities and materials required. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. This solicitation is advertised as an unrestricted solicitation under NAICS Code 332321 - Metal Window And Door Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The government requests quotes for the following items: 0001 : Leaf Vertical Lift Door 12’ 6” wide x 14’ tall (freight included), QTY: 1.0 EA Delivery Information: Delivery is NLT 20 weeks after final approvals have been received by the contractor. Delivery is to the following location:: USACE – The Dalles Lock and Dam, David Hovde or Rick Reiner, The Dalles Dam, Interstate 84 Exit 88, The Dalles, OR 97058 Shipping FOB destination must be included in the offered price. Firm Fixed Price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. For offerors with a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), complete paragraph (b) of the provision and submit with the response to the RFQ. Offerors shall limit their proposals to no more than 10 pages.
