The contractor shall provide mobile crane and qualified operator necessary to perform movement of Government property as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all Local, State, and Federal regulations during the services performed. This contract is for rental services of a mobile crane, qualified operator and Rigger and Signal Person. Work will be performed at the US Army Corps of Engineers, Willamette Valley Project, top of Dorena Dam located app. 8 miles E of Cottage Grove, Oregon on Row River Rd. Dates dependent on crane availability and water levels in November 2022. The performance period is approximated between 3-5 days. A Site Visit will be conducted and the contractor will determine, through their proposal, the days needed to complete the project. Contractor shall provide crane service with contractor provided crane, operator and flaggers to accomplish necessary bulkhead removal tasks and meet lifting criteria. Crane shall be a 500 all-terrain capable of picking 7800 pound bulkhead at a max radius of 290 feet and reaching all 5 Regulating Outlet (RO) bulkhead slots above the dam while set up below the dam. The crane must have load charts for outrigger straight down / retracted, mid extend, and full extend. A Site Visit is scheduled for 7 September 2022 at 10:00AM local.
