This Presolicitation pertains to the purchase of an Aluminum Handrail & Connector Components in accordance with the Technical Specifications for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, at The Dalles Dam, The Dalles, Oregon. This will be a firm-fixed-price supply contract.
