The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District (NWP) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of a new 12-yard dump truck. The dump truck shall be delivered to Lookout Point Dam, 40386 West Boundary Rd., Lowell, Oregon. The dump truck specifications will be included with the solicitation, once issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333924: Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing. This procurement is being solicited under full and open competition. This synopsis is not a request for quotes (RFQ), proposal (RFP), or an invitation for bids (IFB). This is a pre-solicitation notice indicating that a solicitation for a competitive acquisition for the award of one firm-fixed-price contract is intended to be issued via Contract Opportunities at SAM.gov in approximately 4 days or less. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Quotes will be due approximately 10 days from the date the solicitation is issued, however, the 10-day time frame is estimated and subject to change. The definitive solicitation closing due date and time will be stated in the solicitation once issued and any associated amendments as applicable.
