The goal of this ad is to gain as much competition for products meeting the government's cutting needs. Vendors are encouraged to contact the Contract Specialist, Jeffery Feeney, 720-568-0387 if having products that any specific salient characteristic is believed unduly restrictive potentially causing a product rejection. The government can review the request during the quote period and amend this ad if still meeting the government's needs. If submitting an offer without pre-coordination, and that product does not meet the RFQ specifications precisely, the government may still consider the offer and review technical literature submitted potentially accepting the item(s); however, the risk of product rejection is born by the contractor. Please pre-coordinate any specification differences ahead of the offer due date. The delivery date posted is an estimate of the delivery date desired by the government. Due to supply chain issues in the marketplace at this time, bids will not be rejected if varying from the desired delivery date due to supply chain issues up to 90 additional calendar days. Please contact the Contract Specialist if exceeding the additional 90 calendar day allowance. The government MAY at its own option, amend the solicitation based on market conditions for this advertisement.
