This amended announcement constitutes the only solicitation and supersedes all previous solicitations; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N22Q0113 for WVP Herbicide Services, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-02. This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 325320 Pesticide and Other Agricultural Chemical Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
