COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W9127N22Q0068 Columbia River Stern Mooring Buoy, U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 28 June 2022 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This amended announcement constitutes the only solicitation and supersedes all previous solicitations; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N22Q0068 Supply one medium foam mooring buoy assembly for the Columbia River near Kalama Washington, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-02. This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 332313 Plate Work Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
